4.3 Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Available within 7 days of enrollment if course materials have not been accessed
  • Partial Refund: Available within 30 days for courses less than 25% completed
  • No Refund: After 30 days or for courses more than 25% completed
  • Corporate Training: Subject to separate agreement terms

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Share or distribute course materials without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
  • Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate technology and internet access to participate in our online courses.

8.3 Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. We reserve the right to revoke certificates for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9.2 Educational Nature

Our training programs are educational in nature. Results may vary, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or career advancement.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
